Wow, I had truly given up on finding a great autocare spot, and SSA has really impressed me beyond all expectations. They are committed to fostering great relationships with customers. That is the best thing about them. Each employee I've dealt with has been patient and understanding and never pushy about getting work done, they are honest and will let you know what can and cannot wait as far as services if you need to budget. At most places, in the past, if a mechanic has made a mistake, I've had to try to convince them to take responsibility, been frustrated, and reduced to tears. When I brought a mistake to their attention Jason assured me he would discuss it with management and get things sorted out, and they swiftly, humbly took responsibility, kept me safe, and assured me that over anything, that's what they care about most, safety and satisfaction. I trust them. That's so important to me, and that's why I feel great about returning to their shop for all my service. Speaking of which, the shop is awesome. The waiting room is so comfortable. They have plenty to snack and drink on while you wait, a small library, television, wifi, comfy couches, place to charge your phone. They will chat with you and catch up if they have time, or they will leave you alone if you just want to wait in silence. Someone even left fresh peppers and tomatoes from their garden for guests to take, last time I was in! I love it. If you need to be walked through their service, or need any explanation of what they've done, no one is too stupid for them, they have the kindness and patience to explain things in a way you can understand and they really do care about earning your trust. I love to support businesses like this. I'm so grateful this has been my experience with them and for anyone that hasn't had a similar experience, I would try to discuss what can be done to make it right, as they truly do want to operate with contientious intent.
