Took my Subaru Impreza to Sacramento Specialty Auto to diagnose some front end noise and have some 100k+ mile services completed. After a thorough diagnosis, the front end noise was determined to be something very minor. They could have easily said it was something major which needed repair, but they were completely honest and transparent in what was discovered. The vehicle diagnoses report was impressive and contained pictures, immediate service recommendations, future service recommendations and complete explanations of why said services were needed. Sarah was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions on how to keep my Subaru running for years to come. It was easy to see all the knowledge they have gained from being in business for over 20 years. Their webpage says, "we are proud of our reputation as one of the Sacramento area’s most trustworthy auto repair shops." I can say that I truly believe this statement and they now have a customer for life. I highly recommend Sacramento Specialty Automotive.

Unprofessional And expensive

Subaru Specialities has been my “go to” shop for 15+ years. The front office and mechanics have been forthright in what is needed to be done. They will work with on repairs helping you decide which are necessary and which can wait. I trust them completely with my Subaru Outback which now has over 155,000 miles. I recommend them highly.

My car was fixed and serviced in a timely manner. Sara explained all repairs and needs in detail. Chris called when ready to pick up and he was courteous and helpful.

A+ Service at Sacramento Specialty Automotive! They send you a digital diagnosis of your vehicle via email, of what needs attention and how serious it is; my pictures below shows the air filter needs replacing, the rubber bushing on the lower control arm on the front passenger side is worn down on my 2015 Subaru Forester. Therefore, you can discuss it with the service advisor if you want to make the repairs or not. Your call. A sure way to show proof of what's going on with your vehicle.
