The shop was very clean. Smitty was very helpful & efficient. As the work to be performed was going to take some time, Smitty arranged to have a worker (Alex) drive my wife and I home, and then pick us up when the work on the car was completed. Alex is very personable and was easy to talk to. There were no surprises on the bill - what Smitty quoted was the final price. The shop performed a multi-point inspection on the car at no cost. Happily, only a minor item was found. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received. We would use this shop again.

I found this shop after my trusty mechanic of 25 years retired, based on recommendations from folks on NextDoor. I have an old Subaru with 220k miles on it, and have done lots of work on it, and want it to get to 300k, which Scott assured me we could do! Scott and Krissy know how explain things so well -- Krissy is a Jeeper and knows cars!! (go girl!) -- and both of them are reasonable with what customers want. I never feel "upsold" to pushed to do things that I don't want to do. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and will keep coming back!
