The shop squeezed me in this morning without a fixed appointment to reattach the plastic shield under the car. It was dragging on the ground. They didn't charge for this service. I will schedule an appointment to have them replace that unit, as it is pretty beaten up, I understand. Love these folks! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I like the place. It is very near my place. It is kind of pricey but Scott gave me some discount. I would have given you a five star but the supposedly one day service took 3 days. I know it is not your fault because the tires need to be ordered and it did not come on time but at least had given me a heads up so I can rent a car and plan my day accordingly.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning. Kristy called me Tuesday afternoon and stated that they were short workers and she would have an diagnosis and estimate later in the day, which I really appreciate. However , Kristy never called on Tuesday.On Wednesday afternoon I called and John answered. I explained to him that I was calling about my car and he told me that Kristy would call me back. By 3:30pm I did not hear from Kristy.I was concerned so I stopped by the shop. Kristy was not there. John greeted me and went on to explain that Kristy was going to call but she had to leave. John then explains to me they were slammed with work and that he would have my car ready tomorrow.Why couldn’t he have told me this on the phone when I called?Why would I leave my car with a shop that is trying to complete more repairs then they can handle.!John was a real duche bag. Very rude and could careless about communication with the customer.John,You should consider working on your customer service skills. Being mean and rude is a reflection of what you thought of me. It must be easy to be mean and rude to someone when you think less of them..

Great experience getting my car maintained for its manufacturer routine maintenance. They explain all of their work before, during, and after. I recommend!

This was my first time here so of course I was skeptical and I'm used to taking my car to a different shop. I want to start by saying I will be coming to this shop from now on. I love how they do there invoices. They are very detailed and organized. Which is important because I want to know what I'm paying for. When they ran the diagnostic on my car they sent me this electronic inspection that tells me what they found wrong. I really like this feature because it gave me proof of what was going on with my car instead of verbally telling me. They also had no problem with giving me a ride home when I dropped my car off to them. Krissy gave superb customer service. She helped me when I was stressed with the grand total of the cost on my car and help me through the whole process of providing me with a price that was within my budget. She gave excellent recommendations and explained everything. This made me feel safe and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off, which is a great feeling to have when you're trying out a automotive shop. I feel very secure with my decision of making this my new automotive shop when I need car maintenance. Thank you so much Krissy!
