Great customer service and great vehicle service, this location went above and beyond the call of duty, my car needed more work than i thought, which took more time than i thought, they made sure i got to my hotel safely with their shuttle service. They were transparent, the waiting room is very comfortable like an Aquarian vibe. Thanks again for going the extra mile. Your entire team was great!

I love Sacramento Specialty Auto! They are thorough, fair, and practical. They work with me on prioritizing work that needs to get done so that I can stay within my budget. They explain things well, and are very communicative and customer-focused. I feel that they keep my Subaru - and me - safe on the road. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
