I set up an appointment after a recommendation from a family friend. My experience there was beyond my expectations! Krissy provided exceptional service, she was very friendly and professional. She walked me through the repairs needed and how much the cost was. We talked about payment options and made a plan to get the work done. I would 100% recommend if you need work on your Subaru (Honda/Toyota), and ask for Krissy!

Great experience. Sara was an excellent service manager. Fair, transparent, and very open about the repair process. I highly recommend this repair shop above Dealerships (Stealerships, really). I had extensive repairs done on my vehicle. I was not surprised nor feel pressured. If you want repair done right and fair then business is a goto for foreign vehicles.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning. Kristy called me Tuesday afternoon and stated that they were short workers and she would have an diagnosis and estimate later in the day, which I really appreciate. However , Kristy never called on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I called and John answered. I explained to him that I was calling about my car and he told me that Kristy would call me back. By 3:30pm I did not hear from Kristy. I was concerned so I stopped by the shop. Kristy was not there. John greeted me and went on to explain that Kristy was going to call but she had to leave. John then explains to me they were slammed with work and that he would have my car ready tomorrow. Why couldn’t he have told me this on the phone when I called? Why would I leave my car with a shop that is trying to complete more repairs then they can handle.! John was a real duche bag. Very rude and could careless about communication with the customer. John, You should consider working on your customer service skills. Being mean and rude is a reflection of what you thought of me. It must be easy to be mean and rude to someone when you think less of them..

My car had been in there several times, they tested the motor, gladly took my money and I go to get my car and a few miles later the motor blows up, I was devastated, I loved my car, now I get to call pick and pull to come get it, I will Never trust another mechanic shop again most are just rip offs

I felt that they did a thorough job on the repair of the windshield washer reservoir and tubings of my Subaru Forester.
