Awesome service! Living in downtown sac area, they're very close by. I've been here a handful of times and each time they're always super friendly and get to work right away on my car ('15 Subaru STi). Got my oil changed here just a couple days ago. any work I've had done always looks professional and they don't seem to rush anything. Definitely recommended.

I have been taking my vehicle here since around 2005 when it was a Subaru only shop. I don't have a Subaru anymore but fortunately they started working on other makes as well. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and above all trustworthy and honest. Everybody seems to feel that mechanics are shady, but you can be confident that they are not crooks at this shop. Joe B. along with one of his sons Tanner as well as Alex S. run a fantastic garage. Put it this way, I would send my mom there to get her car fixed. Enough said.

I called to see why my driver side mirror was busted upon picking up my car. They did not reach back to me. I had to call them. I was given the run around and not to mention I was overcharged for the diagnosis by $25. Also when I picked up my vehicle the back near the battery was taken apart and just left in my back seat. A service rep lied to me and blamed a homeless person but I found pieces to my broken mirror inside the locked car upon pick up. He said it was damaged the morning they recieved the vehicle. I had to come back and tow it home the next day. While I was at the shop paying I went to my car to get papers from the glove compartment. There was no damage then. I had to tow it that night after work and that is when I saw the damage. Either way why did they not call and tell me it was damaged? I hate dishonesty and that's what I got here along with being overcharged, and the battery compartment torn apart.

5 star service from start to finish. I recently purchased a used Subaru and brought it in for the post-purchase check, and Tanner and the team ran through everything on my concerns list and more. The car is running better than ever! Exceeded all expectations, and will be bringing my business back here for sure! You guys rock.

Good service, prompt communication, helpful photos, seemed to fix the problems. On the expensive side. Happy with the work.
