I am new to the Sacramento area and was in need of an auto repair shop. I did some online research and decided to give this place a try. I’m so glad I did! Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, they have wonderful customer service (coffee, beverages and snacks in the waiting room, complimentary Uber rides to and from the shop, etc). They got my Subaru all checked out, got the parts needed that day, and I had my car back before they closed that evening! They sent detailed photos of my entire vehicle inspection, and communicated pricing openly and honestly. I highly recommend and I plan I’m bringing my car here always for any maintenance needs.

Sadly...our car came there to die. But these people were great clarifying the death sentence. Very quick to diagnose, and even red licorice to sooth our sadness. We don’t live in the Sacramento area, but will refer friends to Sacramento Specialty.

Very smart people when it came to my 2002 Subaru forester. They were able to explain clearly everything that it needed and the work they were doing. Quality work going the extra mile and provided services to make sure I got rides to work and had a rental when necessary.

The Brazil family and their employees always take care of me when I take my car in. I love the diagnostic info they give me and the pictures to actually show me so I can make an informed decision on my repairs. Great place!
