I was there in office for 6/7hrs(left around 1/2pm), having got there before opening (7:30) for:Vehicle Health InspectionCABIN AIR FILTER - Labor Diagnose Driveability Concern Alignment, Four Wheel - Labor I was not offered any information until billing, in the middle of billing, in the office I was told to leave so he could take and do another customer while I had been there all morning. Then when they were done I was asked to come back and choose the services I wanted done. I was then made to wait an additional several hours for the delivery of the air filter I was told "should be here soon". Office staff had seen me there the entire duration and other customers came and went though offered me no word until after I paid and was about to leave. In the meantime, others were offered services to get home and come back later. I was then told by someone who didnt introduce themselves with either a name or a position that they were sorry for my experience and it's not how things get done. I said thank you, left and dont intend on coming back. The prices were high though I kept thinking to myself, they're professionals. I was made to feel as though they were only there for the cars, not the people driving them.
