I was there in office for 6/7hrs(left around 1/2pm), having got there before opening (7:30) for:Vehicle Health InspectionCABIN AIR FILTER - Labor Diagnose Driveability Concern Alignment, Four Wheel - Labor I was not offered any information until billing, in the middle of billing, in the office I was told to leave so he could take and do another customer while I had been there all morning. Then when they were done I was asked to come back and choose the services I wanted done. I was then made to wait an additional several hours for the delivery of the air filter I was told "should be here soon". Office staff had seen me there the entire duration and other customers came and went though offered me no word until after I paid and was about to leave. In the meantime, others were offered services to get home and come back later. I was then told by someone who didnt introduce themselves with either a name or a position that they were sorry for my experience and it's not how things get done. I said thank you, left and dont intend on coming back. The prices were high though I kept thinking to myself, they're professionals. I was made to feel as though they were only there for the cars, not the people driving them.

When I needed a tow and my regular shop wasn't answering the phone, I called Specialty. Alex was very accommodating, and the shop gave my Honda a thorough going over and did the needed work. I am very pleased with everything and will happily refer others to Sacramento Specialty Automotive.

Alex was extremely helpful & honest which is hard to come by, especially being a woman in need of mechanical assistance! Great experience over all!

This shop was incredible help. I had to get my engine replaced from Subaru and they were quoting 7 digits for it! Tanner and Alex talked to me and told me what would be best to do and could do it for about half the price. On top of that my situation was weird and I asked them how could I get the engine to them because it wasn’t in the car. They didn’t hesitate to respond saying “we got a truck, we can go get it for you” throughout this whole thing I had to call them just about everyday and they were more willing to help with every question and instead of trying to get me to spend money on their shop they tried to help me save as much money as I could. 10/10 would recommend. @Team_Subaru15 will be coming here more often. Thanks guys!

This is a fantastic shop - they identified the problem with my car, that 2 other mechanics hadn't been able to identify and gave me several options for repairs that could be completed. I love that their inspection of your vehicle comes to you via e-mail so you can review that before they call and talk to you about what you want to do. They also gave me a price breakdown so that I could see exactly what everything cost. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are great. They have backed everything they've done for me. This time they pinpointed the problem and took care of it.

Today was my first experience with Sac Specialty on Richard's. I brought in a damaged GMC Terrain to them instead of the Dealership. First the Customer Service was outstanding and the price more than fair.I was helped by Tanner Brazil and because of his help and expertise, I will now be a full time Customer at Sac Specialty.I'm a happy Customer, Kevin McCart.

I’ve been to the folsom branch not knowing there’s one closer to me. Same great experience. Would definitely recommend
