I really love this place because it doesn't feel like they're ripping me off or lying to me like previous mechanics I've been to. They are always very polite and have never made me feel stupid for my questions. The drinks and snacks they offer in the customer lounge is a nice bonus too. :)

I never usually take my car to shops because it makes me worry, but for lack of tools I had to stop in for some work on my Subaru. Everyone was very friendly and professional and there was everything from unique sports cars to everyday commuters being worked on inside. They saved me money and took care of some things I was unaware of! Thank you guys I definitely will be returning for my cars needs.

My car needed some attention,I bought a 2012 Subaru legacy from elk Grove Subaru and I've taken it back to them multiple times and was very unhappy and I refuse to take my car to them again...I took my car to Sacramento Specialty and I think I am going to be satisfied and if and when my car needs love they will be the one to service my car.I am glad to know they are there. Great service all round. There is nothing they do not know about my Subaru and cannot fix. Thorough, complete, precise, and correct. Worth the cost.

I was so impressed with the service I received and even more grateful at the outcome! Alex took the best care to explain everything a detail and answer my many questions. He took extra steps to make sure he was getting me the best value and not wasting my money or time but also making sure that my daughter was back on the road safely!
