These guys are great. They have backed everything they've done for me. This time they pinpointed the problem and took care of it.

A simple fix for us today but they went over everything else with a fine tooth comb!!! Nice, clean, efficient, up front with pricing!!!

Great experience here. I came to them because they had a special on oil change and full diagnostic. There ended up being a lot of repairs but they had financing! So nice to be able to pay off this 1000 plus repair over a year! Who has that much money to just throw down. Tanner was really helpful and friendly. He ended up throwing in a ball joint for free because it was a botched repair from another shop after an accident! So awesome! Will be going back to Sacramento Specialty Automotive for future repairs !

Exceptional customer service! I spoke with Tanner over the phone regarding a vehicle that was for sale nearby which showed on its Carfax that it was serviced here. Tanner informed me that another potential buyer of the vehicle brought it in recently for a pre-purchase inspection and found transmission issues. Tanner saved me from booking a flight from San Diego, CA to test drive the vehicle. Tanner even offered to help me find a similar vehicle that another customer was selling. Above and beyond expectations. Honesty, professionalism, and quality customer service can be found here. I would faithfully bring my vehicles to this business if I didn't live so far away. Talk about HONESTY. I brought my WRX in and asked for an oil change and an alignment. They called me after their initial inspection and told me that my alignment was fully within spec and my car didn't need an alignment! 9 / 10 shops out there would have either done the alignment anyways, or even worse told me they had done it and and left it alone. To top it off Specialty Auto didn't even charge me for the inspection. I got the opportunity to talk for a minute with Tanner when I picked up my car, and you couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable Service Advisor. My only complaint about this shop is that they aren't in Denver where I live a majority of the time. Definitely Going to struggle taking my Subaru elsewhere after visiting Sacramento Specialty Automotive.

My first time. They people were very friendly. I got pictures of everything ( not that I know I'm looking at ) . I appreciated that. My car runs nicely! They also said all that they do is guaranteed.

Every once in awhile our cars go under the weather just like people do. The other day this happened to my mothers subaru forester and she had to take it in to get it fixed. She called around to a few shopps and finally got in touch with these people. They insured her over the phone that subaru are their specialty so she decided to give them a chance. She deopped it off and they were extremely nice to her. They gave the car their inspection and diagnosis. She told them to go ahead and get the work done. They actually called her back to update her on what they did to fix her car yesterday and insured that they would have the car fixed by 10:00am today. At 10am we got the phone call and it was fiixed. She went to go pick it up and it seems to ne driving smoothly now. So happy that the car is in good shape now and that she can be back on the road. The associates were curtious, professional and friendly. The building was clean with a nice T.V and waiting area. They also had free beverages in the waiting area. Good job guys!

Friendly employees, but on the pricey side so I took my car elsewhere for repairs. Biggest gripe is that inspite of an 8 am appt on a Friday, they didn't get back to me until 4:48 pm, giving me 30 minutes to pickup my car before they closed for the weekend. Which I couldn't possibly make from my location. This resulted in not being able to get my car until Monday morning. If you want to try them, maybe avoid Friday appointments.
