Amazing experience. I took my car here for a tire checkup/repair as the driver side tire started to drop air pressure levels drastically. Initially i thought this shop like any other small repair shops that i had experiences with in the past 4 years where i would go for oil change or multi point check or tire issues etc and almost all the time i walked out of the shop not even knowing any details of whats going except the billing details. At Sacramento specialty automotive i had a totally different and amazing experience as the technology they use , the apps they use is amazing where you have access to pretty much everything about your car and what they are doing to your car which shows the transparency and gives you a sense of confidence that your car is in good/safe hands. I never felt such a thing even with my dealership/service center where i purchased my car, and i was surprised to see what the big dealerships are not offering these days are offered by this shop, let it be the information and pictures they share with you through the app, or let it be the pricing and the customer service, the free drops and pickups, just amazing, they are doing best honest job, i definitely see they will be more and more popular in years to come and even big dealerships might want to tie up with them for they have and capable of. I should definitely mention about Sara Savio who was my service advisor , she is very knowledgeable about her work and it was easy to talk to her. Her way of treating customers was friendly. Last but not least I would definitely recommend this shop for your car, i personally prefer transparent and honest people,even if they are a little pricey, however this shop was reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend Sacramento specialty automotive.
