ABOVE AND BEYOND is the best way to describe Sacramento Specialty Automotive!!! 👏🏻 Krissy at the front desk was extremely communicative with me, my extended warranty company, and also with her team. A transmission issue is always the WORST but I’m truly blessed they made it the complete opposite to handle! They ran out of stock for my specific transmission and then Joe, the OWNER, drove all the way down to MODESTO (sorry Joe you had to drive to Modesto, but also THANK YOU!) the morning OF my extended warranty company approving the claim, just to get me a new transmission ASAP! Like what?! I remember wanting to cry I felt so grateful. I’ve never had a business, let alone the OWNER of a business, drive hours away just to get something for me then start working on my car the same day. Plus Krissy called me back every time a new update was placed, and she answered my annoying 5 calls a day 😂 (sorry Krissy but thank you!!) Alex the GM also helped with making all of this happen on time! Alex, Krissy, and Joe were all team players, worked HARD together, made it happen, and got my car back to me within TWO DAYS! Insane It’s been running like a brand new car and I couldn’t be happier. They also did an amazing job on changing my engine cooling tubes, doing a realignment on my car, and more. My brother referred me to them and now I see why. I’m never going anywhere else ever again. Sacramento Specialty Automotive is reliable, quick, above and beyond, has top tier customer service, the best, cohesive team I’ve ever met, integrity, honest, an “at home,” feel, and they bust their butts so you don’t have to. I see this as a blessing in disguise I finally found a forever go to for an auto shop THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
