Service was excellent and professional. I can't thank them enough! There is one thing I really dislike and it's that office personnel wasn't wearing masks. They were talking to customers without a single mask At this point, it's not acceptable, just wear your mask.

I really enjoyed the professional service and the waiting room that made it easy for me to get my work done use the Wi-Fi and have some fresh coffee while I was waiting.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN. Scott and the team there are so patient, helpful, understanding and go the extra mile to break down everything in detail along with the prices and labor prices. We will definitely be giving them our business if we ever need it!! If I could give them more then 5 stars I definitely would. If you are having trouble finding a shop to work on your car this is definitely the spot!! Thank you so much for getting our Hyundai Santa Fe up and running!!

I first visited Sacramento Speciality Automotive last week and I am so satisfied with the service they provided! I took my Subaru in knowing that it would likely need many repairs. After the crew looked it over, Krissy approached me with a list of the recommended repairs, their prices, and explained the warranty on the repairs (3 years or 36,000 miles). Krissy also assured me that they use OEM parts where required. My car had to be kept over the weekend and I didn’t have a ride home, so an employee drove me home for free. The work on my car was finished when they said it would be. When I came to pay and pick up my car, my debit card was declined and it took 40 minutes to resolve the issue. Even though it was after hours by this point, Krissy patiently stayed with me until I could pay, and she was very nice about it all. YOU ROCK, KRISSY. When I finally got into my car, I was pleased to find that they had vacuumed the interior for me. I’m very happy with the car and customer service at this place, and I’m so glad that I’ve found a trustworthy auto shop that specializes in Subarus.
