They provide the absolute best service and are transparent about every step they take while working on your car. It’s the first shop I feel 100% secure as a woman to get my car worked on.

Seriously the best auto shop I have encountered after living in many states. They are efficient, communicate throughout the entire process, are professional, and don’t try to overcharge or convince you to do unnecessary repairs. I trust them completely and am grateful to have found such a wonderful shop to bring my Subaru.

This was my first time and they were very professional and communicated in a timely manner! They were also very nice and welcoming. Clean and great service! I will definitely recommend the! Alex was super great!

We asked Sacramento Specialty Automotive to inspect our car and provide a complete list of repairs need. Throughout the process, I felt that the staff was thorough and honest about the major and minor repairs needed. Because we have an older car, we had a good discussion about the repairs that were needed and whether the car was worth the investment. They provided good advice and were helpful throughout the process.

I had the best mechanic but he moved out of state so I needed to find a new one. I looked at reviews, then called and asked to speak to a manager or owner. The owner was very articulate and explained how they are very transparent. The day I brought my car in to be checked the service writer was very nice (he asked me “would you like me to wear a mask; we want you to feel comfortable”). Although the man had excellent customer service skills he wrote up an estimate that was over $2000! This was after I explained that I don’t have money. I asked the service manager to review the estimate and I explained my situation to him; he understood and went through the estimate. In the end the service manager was able to significantly decrease the price. I might go back I’m not sure yet... I will say that when I drove my car after they did the inspection and prior to doing the service, the inside was dusty because they left a window open. I also sent the owner an email and he didn’t respond to it which I’m my humble opinion does not demonstrate good customer service skills. We will have to see how the car does before I decide whether I will be a repeat customer...

The staff is very knowledgeable & courteous. They were fast in completing the job. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

I love this place! They are wonderful and take good care of me and my Subaru and my Toyota RAV4.

I’ve now used Sacramento Specialty Auto Repair twice and have been impressed both times. I really like the detailed report you receive after each visit, and the shop goes over those details as well. I will continue to use them for as long as I own my Toyota.
