I really enjoyed the professional service and the waiting room that made it easy for me to get my work done use the Wi-Fi and have some fresh coffee while I was waiting.

Took in my car because I had come in before through a Costco referral and really enjoyed my experience. This time it was completely opposite. They were being insistent with services I did not need/request, and after the "necessary" diagnostic they identified the wrong problem because then they called to tell me I had another issue. They also kept inflating and changing the $$$ amounts. I called several shops and all of them offered the same service significantly cheaper, the only place with a higher rate was the official service center for my car. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic and they immediately found the starter to be the problem and didn't insist/charge for the diagnostic. The only nice thing I can say is that they offer shuttle service.

Awesome service in every way. I’ve taken ALL my cars over the last 13+ years to Joe and his team and never once been dissatisfied. Clear and thorough explanation about my car issues, customer service is excellent, quality products and overall great atmosphere, hence why I continue returning. Also, they support our community in so many ways. I have and will continue to recommend them to all. So Joe and Tanner, thank you for all you do.
