Friendly employees, but on the pricey side so I took my car elsewhere for repairs. Biggest gripe is that inspite of an 8 am appt on a Friday, they didn't get back to me until 4:48 pm, giving me 30 minutes to pickup my car before they closed for the weekend. Which I couldn't possibly make from my location. This resulted in not being able to get my car until Monday morning. If you want to try them, maybe avoid Friday appointments.

This is the second time I have been to this shop and have been very pleased. The work was only an oil change and tire rotation and it was quick and professional. I especially like the way they have notifications on the progress and an email link to the report with pictures. I have complete confidence in what they are doing. The waiting area is comfortable for working and I worked while waiting. Coffee and donuts made for a pleasant wait!

After my nearby Firestone quoted me a really high number to fix an overheating issue, I decided to to go to Sacramento Specialty for a second opinion. They did the same diagnostic, yet went the extra mile and found the issue to be misdiagnosed by Firestone and were able to fix it for less than half the price. They are honest, have competitive prices, and know what they are doing. You can't ask for anything more than that. I'll definitely be back for my future automotive maintenance/repair needs.

I brought my 4Runner in when when the dealership service department couldn't figure out the issue with the AC after two different attempts. Needless to say, after all my trouble and the heat wave coming, I was prepared to spend some money on this repair. I also often have clients in my car, so the wasted time with the dealer was very frustrating. Tanner called and said the fix was a bit tricky, but the team was able to figure out that the relay switch was the issue. $34 later, my AC works again. They also provided an outline of all the items that needed attention, complete with photos and a detailed breakdown. Exceptionally clear and very helpful. I'll be taking the rig back this week to have them service the brakes. Grateful I found this spot, definitely recommend.

Friendly, efficient reasonable

These folks are awesome! Solved my issue after dealership gave up and tried to sell me a new transmission. They tracked down the issue and we're able to give me clear answers. Jason was great!

The belt on the A/C pump on my sister's truck broke when she went to work. Being new to the area, we did not know of a good, reliable repair shop. My sister choose this place because it had good ratings online. It was a good choice. They are wonderful and professional people and the repair was done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car repaired.

Sara was very helpful and friendly, and my technician went above and beyond. The inspection summary they provide is EXTRA helpful. I left feeling like I fully understood the status of my car and how to best keep it maintained. Thank you!
