I’m grateful to have been referred to Sacramento Specialty Automotive by a friend. Their work is exemplary and their prices are eminently reasonable. The service is friendly and outstanding. The whole facility is cleaner than my kitchen, and the waiting area is roomy and comfortable, with a large screen TV, comfortable furniture, coffee and cold beverages. And a lovely cozy old dog who welcomes you by giving up his favorite seat in the sun (albeit with a world-weary sigh) when you come in, to assume a post at the door. Whenever possible, I stay and wait for my car in order to enjoy a peaceful hour or two reading and enjoying the friendly aim-to-please folks who work there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I found this place by searching online for Toyota mechanics near me. They are highly professional, easy to talk to. They explain things well. They are totally fair with their pricing, and they have a nice, clean, safe waiting area with t.v. snacks, and beverages. They gave me a ride home, most importantly , they do highly professional and prompt work in keeping our 2006 Sienna running.

Sacramento Speciality Auto is SPECIAL! I came looking for a mechanic as I recently moved from Indianapolis. I showed up and Sara was the first person to open the door and greet me. She then sat me down in her office and went over their process and procedures (very helpful). Coming in for an oil change and tire rotation, they did a full scan of my vehicle from top to bottom, gathered pictures and evidence, and did a comprehensive summary of things that need current attention, things that checked out, and things to be on the look out for. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and they definitely compete with others around. They have a super clean facility, lounge area with snacks, drinks, and wifi for their guests. Oh, and they have a couple extremely well behaved dogs hanging out in the lounge with you :) Overall, they have my business for the long-term! First impressions matter, especially when it comes to car maintenance, and they IMPRESSED me! Highly recommend!
